Postmortem

The SecurID team is investigating an issue related to the February release that impacted a subset of customers utilizing ADFS integrations for the Cloud Authentication Service. Out of an abundance of caution, our SaaS Operations Team has rolled back our February 2023 release and restored customers to our January 2023 release. The February 2023 release will be rescheduled for a later date.

We have completed maintenance on the SecurID Cloud Authentication Service. All customers have been upgraded to the February 2023 release.
