The SecurID team is investigating an issue related to the November release that impacted a small subset of customers who use RADIUS for the Cloud Authentication Service. Out of an abundance of caution, our SaaS Operations Team has rolled back our November 2022 release and restored customers to our October 2022 release.  The November 2022 release will be rescheduled for a later date.

We have completed maintenance on the SecurID Cloud Authentication Service. All customers have been upgraded to the release.

All SecurID Cloud services will remain online and available throughout the upgrade.
