We are performing maintenance on the RSA Cloud Authentication Services to upgrade all customers to the March 2024 release.

All RSA Cloud Authentication Services will remain online and available throughout the upgrade.

After the March release was deployed to our EMEA environment on 3/20/2024, an issue arose affecting a subset of customers whose applications utilize an authentication workflow leveraging MSHTML within embedded web browsers. This issue stemmed from a product defect introduced during the March release and its compatibility with some IE11 embedded browsers. As a precautionary measure, all customers hosted in our EU region were rolled back to the February 2024 release.

We will be performing maintenance on the RSA Cloud Authentication Services to re-upgrade all customers to our March 2024 release, which has been updated to address compatibility with IE11. All RSA Cloud Authentication Services will remain online and available throughout the upgrade.
