On September 28th, we will be performing maintenance on the RSA ID Plus Cloud Administration Service.
RSA will perform a database upgrade to improve the performance and scalability of our Cloud Administration Service. During this maintenance, there will be downtime for the Cloud Administration Console. This maintenance will not impact Authentication Services, which will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window.
What to expect during this maintenance window: · RSA ID Plus Cloud Administration Console and APIs will be offline and inaccessible. · RSA ID Plus Cloud Authentication Services and My Page will remain online and fully functional. · RSA ID Plus Identity Routers will remain online and fully functional.
Following the maintenance window, customers who have successfully upgraded their Identity Routers to version 12.19.0.0.9 may encounter a temporary warning when accessing the IDR Status within the Cloud Administration Console. In this scenario, you may observe a yellow warning icon displayed for the Software Update and the Adapter Update Service. This is anticipated as part of the planned maintenance and will return to normal within a 24-hour timeframe.
