We have detected an authentication issue affecting certain older versions of the Authenticate app. To avoid authentication disruptions, we have rolled all customers back to the September release while we work to solve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post a new maintenance schedule as soon as it is available.

We have completed maintenance on the SecurID Cloud Authentication Service. All customers have been upgraded to the October 2021 release.
We are performing maintenance on the SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service to upgrade all customers to the October 2021 release.
All SecurID Cloud services will remain online and available throughout the upgrade.
